From: Lock, Adrian Sent: 22 December 2009 17:26 To: gcssblc Subject: CGILS meeting (the CFMIP-GCSS case study), March 1-2 Dear Boundary Layer Cloud Modellers, Please see Minghua's email below announcing the next GCSS Boundary Layer Clouds working group meeting. This will be a workshop focussed on the LES and SCM intercomparison case to evaluate low cloud climate responses that he is leading, known as CGILS, but all are welcome to attend. It is also by no means too late to participate so, particularly LES modellers, please do take another look at the case description (http://atmgcm.msrc.sunysb.edu/cfmip_figs/Case_specification.html) and consider joining. Further details are also available from the group webpages, http://www.convection.info/blclouds/ Anyone interested in coming to the meeting should email Minghua (mzhang@notes.cc.sunysb.edu). Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year.
